Send Emails from Your Own Domain via SMTP in Trans-IT
Previously, Trans-IT used our mailbox to send documents and quotes to your customers. It is of course much more personal that this can be done with your own domain name.
In this article, we explain how you can send emails from your own domain name using SMTP.
How it works?
SMTP is the standard protocol used worldwide to send emails between email servers. By adding your SMTP configuration in Trans-IT, we can use your email server to send messages as if they were sent directly by you.
You only need to add your SMTP settings in Trans-IT – from then on, we’ll make sure your emails are sent from your own address.
More personal to use your own domain email.
We provide this extra application to our customers for free. You can continue to work via trans-it mail. That is no problem. But being able to work via your own domain name makes it more personal to your prospects and customers.
