TAR & TAS codes at DP World and PSA are sometimes a frustration for container carriers!
Every container transport company that regularly has to pick up or deliver sea containers in the port of Antwerp knows the main frustrations and stress moments. Obtaining a time slot to gain access to the specific quay where they have to load or unload. DP World uses TAR (Terminal Appointment Request) and TAS (Terminal Appointment System) codes to manage container appointments at their terminals. These codes are used to plan and manage the collection and delivery of containers. But obtaining such a time slot is often a hellish task.

So it was no secret that we were looking for a solution behind the scenes to automate this manual request for TAR and TAS codes, albeit with Artificial Intelligence.
