The nicest compliment
This transport company had been working with a TMS program for years, but due to the outdated software and the few updates in recent months, they decided to switch to our TMS with Artificial Intelligence support.
Such onboarding is done very efficiently and we spread it over 4-5 working days. Deployment of the software, AI Order input, Planning & Dispatch, Drivers App, Analysis & Invoicing and the final Launch after much testing.
After a few days, we keep calling to hear that they have left safely. We got on the phone with Pieter, who coordinates planning and invoicing.
We asked him if everything went well. He straightened his words and replied, “Guys, guys… If only we had known this earlier.” A small laugh of relief followed.
Pieter continued
But also carrying out tenders, having an overview of our planning, adjusting our planning… There are already a lot fewer moments of stress here than before.”
We felt his enthusiasm in his voice.
“With our previous system I would not have reached my pension here! Now we do!” Pieter smiled at us.
And that’s why we do it. Keeping our transport sector viable. Giving you an edge in efficiency, more overview and controls in the various steps that you did not have before.
